IDC Dance Scholarship

Images Dance Company awards a dance scholarship once a year to a
talented dancer that is enrolled in a dance program at one of several select
schools in Southern California. .

Images Dance Company is currently accepting applications for its annual
Dance Education Scholarship. The award for 2009/2010 will be $500 for the
selected dancer. The dancer will be able to use the scholarship money for
tuition at one of the schools on our pre-approved list in Southern California.

Eligibility Requirements:
Age 12 - 25 years
Resident of Orange County
Enrolled in a dance program at a school on our approved list
Academic G.P.A of 3.0 or higher

Application Deadline is December 31, 2009 (postmark date)
Applications can be requested by email at info@imagesdancecompany.com
or by calling (714) MGDANCR (714-643-2627). The application must be
filled out and requires a one page essay to be attached. Also a video clip of
the dancer is requested showing his or her dancing abilities in jazz, tap,
hip-hop, lyrical, ballet, or modern. Two teacher evaluation forms are also
required to be filled out and submitted with the application.

Scholarship Award
The scholarship has been put on hold until the dance studio is self-sufficient.
The dance company does provide partial tuition scholarships at the dance
studio at this time.
